Public transportation

1. Are Animals Allowed On Public Transit?
Handicap Assistant animals ride without charge, as well as small dogs that will fit in the owner’s lap. Large dogs that are leashed require a second fare, the same amount as their owner. Large dogs cannot occupy a seat either, they must ride on the floor by their owner not blocking the aisle.

2. Can I bring my bike on metro?
Bikes are allowed to be stored on the front of the bus, outside. Every Metro Bus has a bike rack in the front, where you may secure your bike. If all racks are occupied, then you will have to wait for the next bus to board your bike.

3. Where can I buy metro bus passes and tickets?
You can see a list of locations here: http://transit.metrokc.gov/cs/faq/faq_answers_cs.html.
